We were so impressed with Rielley Piano! We have an older piano that was sorely out of tune and the previous person we had tune it said it wouldn't hold its tune and may never sound good again. Jim came and quickly diagnosed and fixed the problem (which was a simple fix) and our piano sounds better then the day we received it. He was very professional and kind and really took his time to explain what he was doing and to teach us more about our instrument. We will definitely use his services from now on!

He was very professional. On time. Explained what he was doing. Suggested when the piano should be tuned again since it isn't used very often. Took about 1 1/2 hours to tune it.

Jim Rielley responded within a day to our initial inquiry. We were able to get an appointment within a week. He was punctual and professional. He took time to explain the process, and taught us things we were not aware of about the piano. We had just moved - plus the piano had not been tuned for several years. That brought the cost a little higher because it took much more time - but he still came in within the range he had quoted us. We intend to have him back regularly to keep it in tune, and have already recommended him to our friends.
