Phoenix temporarily patched damaged shingles until a time when there was an opening to finish job and several days later an insurance adjuster came and after his inspection stated he did not see where Phoenix had completed the patching they claimed to have done/Interior flooring was partially removed to facilitate inspection and drying. They then left stating they would return in 3 days to further work on the floor and returning 5 days later. Phoenix left puncture hazard of nails an staples protruding next to shower and bathtub while this was taking place. After these incidents we prefered not have them finish the work and hired alternative workers.

The salesman Steve was exceptionally good with the damage we had to our roof from Storm he and his adjusters work with the insurance company to get a fair settlement the work Crews that arrived to put the new roof on extremely polite and efficient they tore off the whole roof and replaced with the new one in one day they were also extremely clean if you did not know the roof had been replaced you would have never no because they cleaned up every single piece of paper plastic and shingle I am extremely impressed and highly recommend this company for their dedication and professionalism

We got excellent results, we followed through with everything he recommended with cleaners and how to go about removing the mold. He gave us everything we needed to do to guarantee getting rid of the mold. I would definitely use him again and keep his card on hand all of the time.
