I didn’t get them through Angie's List; I got them through another company. They scheduled a time to come and part of the problem was that they weren't doing the roof them selves they outsourced it to someone else who they worked with for a fee. They didn't coordinate the schedule properly with that person. We need to get a specific city approval to do work on the roof and initially the scheduling was wrong. When they were supposed to come they couldn't come because of scheduling between them and their vendor that they use for the work and when they rescheduled to come they couldn't work. The guy began to work but the city people came by and they did not have proper permission or paperwork. Then when it came to the part of placing gutters and downspouts stuff they didn't do the ordering on time so that they could have it when they were ready for it. They didn't properly do that so when the roof portion was done they was a downtime where the rest of the work couldn't be done until the rest of the material came in because they ordered it late. They had issues of the same situation. One of the workers in their company had a car accident and died and so they were down for a period of time. By then majority of the work was done so we were waiting for them to come back so that once they were complete we could tell them that this and this was not done. There was a leaf kind of thing that they had to put on and that didn't happen. It wasn't a great experience. Their price was reasonable and that's why we went with them in the first place. I think you need to get what you paid for. I think it was a great price if they went with how it was supposed to be. I mean if they could do the job then it was a great price.
