Lees furnace service

Mr. Lee came out to service my furnace for the colder months to come. He was very professional when he called to set up the appointment to do the work. He explained all services included in furnace tune-up. He arrived promptly. He explained everything he noticed during inspection of overall condition of furnace. His pricing was fair. When he was done, everything was left spotless.

Lee did a Great job and the next time I need a new furnace or air conditioner, he will be the first one I call!!!

Not only did paul promptly arrive to repair the problem but he gave an accurate diagnosis and was already in possession of the part needed to repair the problem and did so at a reasonable price.

Save me a ton of money , I appericate he's honesty. Rather have it done right the frist time than have thsn becoming a reoccurring issue.

I call Lee's Furnace service often for all needed repairs at my rental property & my home.

We needed our old furnace repaired that wasn't putting out heat. Our house was built in 1953, so this is an old radiant heat setup with some really old parts. We had been getting the run around by other companies. Everyone said that our furnace was too old and tried to sell us on completely replacing it instead of repairing it. Lees Furnace Service came out and after diagnosing, told us that some parts had broken off inside the old motor. They were some very small parts and the problem was initially hard to find, but he made a few phone calls, took some pictures, hung in there and eventually figured it out. He informed us that because our furnace was so old that it would be difficult to find the parts and they would have to be special order. After a few days he managed to find the parts and came back out to repair our furnace. Yes, we finally had heat! He even completely cleaned out our furnace and though he gave us options for replacing our entire furnace, unlike the other guys he wasnt the least bit pushy about it. Thank you Lee, see you in the next three months for that new furnace replacement!
