most contractual work done by email. Never received confirmation of deposit, but work began within 2 weeks - unannounced. When workers accidentally removed flowers I wanted to keep, Fawn replaced some of the plants with their own stock. Workers were thoughtful & buried downspout extensions in ground without it being in the contract. All contracted work was not able to be done or wasn't explained to the workers. Company removed the cost from my bill.
