Overall I was completely satisfied with the installation. Sean was the installer and he did a great job. I would highly recommend this company and would use them again.

Mike did a good job cleaning and tuning up 2 furnaces in my house. He worked about an hour and I was satisfied with the results. He seemed to know what he was doing and didn’t try to sell me more than I needed. I will hire again.

It went very well. It was during a heat wave and of course our old AC quit. We called Enright’s and despite them being very busy, they came out that night. Within 2 days, we had new AC and a cool house!

Wonderful. Now we use them for every heating and air conditioning need.

Good. The service guy was a little late but the office called to let me know. Just wish they would have called a little earlier. I was starting to think he wasn't going to show up.

Our heater was making this loud noise every time it was running.  We called Enright's about the issue and came out the very next day at the time that was promised.  Bill assessed the issue and found that it was only a broken fan making the loud noise.  He was very honest and professional.  Great customer service from the phone call to the time he walked out of the house.  We will definitely use him in the future.

I called Enright's Heating and Cooling first thing in the morning when I realized my AC unit wasn't cooling the house. I reached his office and they were very professional and courteous. They realized it wasn't an emergency but Bill came out within 2 hours to assess the situation anyway. Bill is excellent to work with; he is very knowledgeable, trustworthy and professional. He explained to me what was wrong and what was needed to be fixed. There were no surprises when everything was said and done. He stuck around to make sure the AC was working properly. I just moved to the area and I feel at ease knowing I have someone to call if I have any future issues with my AC or furnace. I recommend Bill for any heating and cooling needs.

Found no problems after a technician from another heating and cooling company said that both furnace and air conditioner had serious problems and needed to be replaced.

I have used them for about seven years to install and service my furnace and air conditioner. They are very courteous and professional.

It was a positive experience. The price may have been high, but everybody was high. They did solve the problem and did explain some of the problems that it was facing. I have had them do work for me in the past, and I have been very pleased. I thought they always charged a fair price for the work they did. They didn't go overboard when they brought in a piece of equipment. They didn't charge me exorbitantly. For me, they ended up putting in an air conditioning part outside. They only charged me for that part and their labor cost.

They did what they were hired to do. They did a pretty good job. I would use them again in the future.
