Mark, the owner, is very professional, courteous, and kind. I cannot imagine a more likeable service provider. His story is that he use to work for a contractor and would come in behind companies that did water restoration and was unimpressed with their work. He thought he could do better and started his own company. The man is always on time, cleans up after himself, and will call to keep you updated. He has more work than he can take on because he is very professional. I would hire him again if (heaven forbid) we ever needed him. My only complaint is that I asked for recommendations on a plumber and contractor. I was very displeased with the plumber and thought the contractor could have done a better job than they did. His work is great. I only wish he would have said he didn't have any good recommendations. I seriously can't say enough good things about Dry FX though.

After last week's rainstorm in Crystal Lake it was near impossible to find a restoration company to call me back. The Dry FX Team responded the same day when 20 other contractors we called said they might be able to do the work. Mark came out with a professional crew that had the right equipment and measurement tools. They cleared out the wet carpet BEFORE it destroyed the wall board in our finished basement. He had the right size equipment and plenty of it. He constantly communicated exactly what he was doing and why. I would recommend this company to anyone that needs damage restoration work in a professonal and fairly priced manner. They are the BEST.
