Deck It Out

 Last year my mom hired them to wash and seal the deck.  It took them a long time to call back and finally come out.  They forgot to seal a big portion of the deck and came back almost a month later- they claimed because of rain, but it rained 1 DAY they entire time.  For some reason, my mom hired them again this year and called in April so she could get on their schedule early.  They said they would call in a couple weeks.  No call.  My mom calls in May and they said, they would call in a couple weeks.  No call.  My sister finally steps in and asks for an explanation.  They said they couldn't come out because it rained the first 10 days of May.  Look up the weather for that time in this area and see for yourself... One rainy day!  So my mom is obviously upset and tells them that there hasn't been rain and she has been holding off putting deck furniture up because if this.  Their response: they hung up on her and said they don't want her business.  My mom is loyal to a fault and this was her treatment.

Great job very happy with results even after a year

Deck It Out did a great job and we are very pleased with the results. They managed to get the work done in between bouts of bad weather and we feel fortunate that they got the job done for us before winter. They took extra care to make sure that no overspray from the stain got on anything else--they even protected part of our neighbor's house just to make sure. Extremely professional in every aspect. Scheduled a power wash to 4 ft fence, and stain, as well as mailbox post. Deck it Out was on time showing up for estimate. The job was originally scheduled to be complete prior to July 4th - but due to weather conditions out of their control, it was washed on 7/8 and stained on 7/13 and 7/14. Definitely worth the wait and know next time to schedule ahead to get on their list. The washers were very professional and thorough. No mess was left behind, and nothing was missed. Color samples were left for us to choose our stain color which we simply called into the office. The fence dried, and the staining crew returned on 7/13 to begin the job, but breezy conditions stopped the work. We received and email and phone call explaining the delay, and that the crew would return the next day weather permitting, which they did return. The fence was completed to our satisfacation. The whole process was very easy and the work was very well performed. Both crews took care in not damaging landscaping, and everything was very well cleaned up when they finished. We will use Deck it Out again for maintenance. There are some things for worth paying for and having pro's do for you - this was one of those jobs and we don't regret it!
