It was good. I have not had any problems.I dont remember how much it cost but I don't know what others charge for a garage door. I have not had any issues with it. He was good. He fixed something temporarily because it was a wooden door.

He was good. It was just a check up. I'm not able to oil it and do all that. He showed me how to do it myself, but I wasn't able to do it myself like for maintenance. But the year before, he actually did install the garage door for me. He was prompt, he cleaned up, he explained it. He explained what I could do it myself every three months, but it's hard for me to do it which is why I have him come out every three months. It was a year ago that he did put in the door. He cleaned up. He explained it. It was not like he was looking for me to do the maintenance. It is hard for me to do and that is why I just have him come out. He was very friendly. He was very nice. We had an old wooden door. It was very heavy. He did a good job taking it down and everything and putting it in partitions and taking it with him. We had a very heavy wooden door on there. It was in the winter when he had to replace it. He did an excellent job cleaning up and he took the door with him.

We purchased this service because our garage door was acting wacky--not closing when it was very cold, not closing smoothly, etc. Turns out that there were pretty big issues lurking. He was very good about explaining the issues and gave us an estimate on both the service and replacing the door. He was not able to really "tune up" the garage door because the issues were much bigger than expected.
We decided to go with another provider to replace the door because the price was about 25% less. We researched the doors to be installed by both and it still made sense to go with the other provider.
The business owner is who came out and his wife made the appointment/contact. He was very good about explaining everything to us and it was appreciated but 25% is quite alot of difference.
