The sales man who came to give us our estimate ended up being a total fraud. He claimed that he was the actual plumber that would be doing our work. Upon giving us our estimate of $2,100 on a detailed invoice, he demanded that the monies be paid in full up front prior of course to any of the work being done. He refused to take a check and said it must be paid in cash. This man Shawn Finn, robbed us of our money. We never got it back. But once we spoke with the owner of the company Charlie did do the work that needed to be done to fix our leaky pipe. However it was not nearly a Two Thousand Dollar job.

It's been a pretty good experience each time. They'll provide you with an estimate and then let you decide on whether or not to get the work done. They're not pushy and give you some time to decide. They do good work.

They were on time, clean, and very friendly. They wore shoe covers to protect my floor. They gave me the price upfront ( i thought the price had to be a scam at first ) but when they arrived they looked at the situation and said the $99.00 drain cleaning would be all i nead. i would definatly recomend them or use them again.
