They were very professional, gave me some recommended maintenance advise, even told me to get prepared to replace my water heater soon, gave me an approximate cost to do so....very happy with their service.

I give Artisan credit for discounting the price for the circuit board, but this was given only after I talked them into it. Otherwise the cost would have been over $1000, with serious doubts about the need for the first $550 repair.
In general, my wife was not very impressed by the manners of either of the techs who came to the house.

The only minor concern was that the tech did a lot of selling for future work. He described the things that could go wrong and that my unit was just the age that things do go wrong.

They did good work. They cleaned all areas affected by the mold thoroughly, and made sure that it wouldn’t come back. I was very impressed with their service.

The furnace worked well for the first few years, but it became outdated quickly. I don’t feel that the company is responsive to our needs. Sometimes it can two weeks before they’ll send out a technician. They’re encouraging us to buy another product, but we won’t because of our experience with the current furnace.
