Called several companies and no one answered. Found Universal and Alan came out the next day and took care of it. The new pump had issues and Alan and Lucas kept at it until the problem was fixed. These are hard-working guys who will go the extra mile to fix your problem. I'm grateful for them and my tub is working great. Tremendous patience and tenacity. These are great guys and they know their stuff.

Going on for 3 years, and issue is not fixed. He replaced the entire control panel, it is under “warranty” but Allan does not return calls or texts. After 3 years, I called a real professional and found out the panel was installed incorrectly and he utilized parts not compatible with my tub. The way it was installed left a high risk for electrocution. Also found out the “new” control panel was discontinued over 8 years ago. 19 straight texts and several voicemails over last 5 months have been unanswered. Overall, he scammed me out of over $2500. DO NOT USE HIM

It was terrible. Its hard to get a hold of them to come out, and when they do they keep on asking for money to fix this and fix that but my hot tub kept on leaking.
