They are pretty good and you don’t have a long wait. You have to wait several months to get it in and the office environment is comfortable.

I was referred to Dr. Dadabhoy by my orthopedic physician. After the first appointment I was very impressed with the plan that she had to help me with my RA. At that point we decided to go to the insurance for approval for Orencia which is an IV drug. Dr. Dadabhoy asked her office staff how long it would take and she replied 2 weeks. Due to that reply Dr. Dadabhoy decided how to handle my treatment, we would continue with no meds for the two weeks it would take to get approval. I was very patient and didn't call the office during those two weeks. I trusted the system, figuring the staff member would do her job as she had told the doctor. At 3 weeks I finally called the office to see how things we're coming, we we're told that they were waiting for information from the insurance company. After repeated phone calls with no return phone calls we finally were able to get through on the 4th week of no information. As you can imagine by the 5th week, my husband and I were both furious. We continued to call and finally got fed up with being hung up on, being told "that's a lie" and the double talk of this office. I have continually left messages to only receive no call backs, I have been repeatedly hung up on by the OFFICE MANAGER and I have left a message for Dr. Dadabhoy to receive no call back. If you have an insurance company and you need pre-approval for an injectible med, this office will make you wait 6 weeks (this is their procedure) because they are to busy to pick up the phone and verify that the insurance has received the fax information. We are at 5 and a half weeks and I'm told it will be another 2 weeks. Buyer beware....this office CANNOT be trusted. After waiting 13 weeks (8 weeks for an appointment and 5 weeks for insurance approval) I am starting with a new RD....during this time I have been without medication except for the last two weeks at which time I started back on Enbrel (which doesn't work as well and also will need pre-approval for a refill). A doctor's office that takes care of their patients like this really has no business taking care of patients who are dealing with moderate or severe RA. This office should truly be ashamed of themselves.

Dr. Weinner is terrible about being late all the time but once you see him you will think your his only patient. There is no sense of being rushed or hurried when your with him and he is very patient. He diagnosed an illness for me that no one had been able to diagnose for a very long time. They also tell me to call a half hour before my appointment and they will tell me how long it will be until my appointment will be ready.

He is up on the latest developments especially when it comes to rheumatoid arthritis. He has been treating me for 4 or 5 years. I have referred Dr. Johnson to several other patients, people that I have worked with. I will continue to see him in the future.
