Jeff, the floor manager, offeres a payment plan that uses a debit card, Not another credit card. This service really helped me out with comfortable monthly payments. Couldn't be happier! Lund took the time needed to observe the problem, which could have had multiple causes, and included me in the decision-making process about how to resolve. This enabled me to understand their findings and to influence decisions that would impact the cost and effectiveness of the repair. Problem was resolved; brakes better than new. This is entirely consistent with all prior work performed by Lund. We started using Lund after we realized we were paying too much for sub-par service at a local dealership. Jim, Jeff, Greg and Tim are far more knowledgeable and they work to keep costs reasonable rather than constantly trying to up-sell.

All went well. The starting problems on the vehicle are fixed. I am thankful they found the wheel bearing problem, because it was actually dangerously bad (they showed us the old part so we could see).
