I left a message on Bob's phone telling him I needed electrical work in a hurry. He got back to me and told me it would be around $160 and he came out the next day. He came on time, was friendly, did the work quickly, even checked to make sure my oven wires were the right size (I am remodeling my kitchen) and said he was only going to charge me $100 because it went faster than he thought. I appreciated his honesty and would hire him again.

I actually found Bob on an electrical site where you describe your requarements and the electricians call you. He was quick and his estimate was easily the lowest. He asked a number of questions before he gave an estimate so he could give me a accurate estimate. When I called to schedule the work he was easy to work with and scheduled it for first thing in the morning. About five minutes before his arrival he called because he was lost, which is not uncommon for my address. He was still on time as I talked him in. He did a quick assesment of what was to be done then went to work. He reviewed what he heard I wanted and it was spot on. I followed him around most of the time just to learn what he was doing. He didn't seem to mind and answered all my questions. When he finished the work he cleaned up. Charged me exactly what he quoted. No issues. It couldn't have been better. He delivered exactly what I asked for.
