We bought a home in Carol Stream and moved away 3 years later and decided to rent our home out.  We attempted to manage it from a distance and also had a friend helped to take care of our property.  Then last year we decided to hire Earl at Tudor Property and wow, what a difference that has made in our lives.  Rather than having to deal with the various issues that inevitably come up when renting out a property the renters simply give Earl a call and he has always done a remarkable job of taking care of the issue.  His experience and "know how" have come through for us again and again.  Not only is he able to take care of whatever issues arise, but he has also helped us find new tenants when a previous tenant moved out.

Tudor Property Management has been very responsive to our needs. They are easy to work with and communicate quickly. Once a repair is completed, they send photos of the finished project.
They worked with the Village and the tenants to do the repairs and complete the compliance issues the Village required. They took the lead, communicated with us along the way, and made sure everything was completed - rather than us having to work with the Village directly. 
We are out of state, so having someone so reliable, capable, and honest is extremely important. Tudor Property Management has been all that and much more!
Earl and Tudor Property Management are much more than property managers. They are our boots-on-the-ground, do necessary repairs for far less than a contractor, and alert us to possible maintenance or repairs we should consider. They take care of our property like it is their own.

Mr. Overman notified me earlier in the summer that the tree on my property was dying/dead. We discussed options, and he was willing to take it out himself for less than a tree service would cost. Work was completed without a problem, and I was notified and received pictures when completed.
