They were very hard to get hold of as they were in the process of moving their offices. That being said it required multiple calls to get him to come out. He came took a look, said he thought it was in good condition. Said he would send a written report which he never did.

It worked out extremely well. The owner came out initially and after some confusion about what was covered by the deal, where I thought something was covered and he said no, it wasn't. Then I just put that behind me but after that, things went smoothly and did the service on our roof. The workers came out, they saw the problem, they went on the roof, took pictures of where they had remedied it and they were very efficient and thorough. The negative part is, I don't know how it applies. For example, the deal that I purchased, I think it was $250 or something, and I thought it was going to be part of going on the roof but when he got there, he said, 'Oh no, it's only on a roof they can and that's only so high'. I didn't read that as being a limitation in the deal so there were some confusion about what was covered in the deal and then even though it was a higher roof than he had suggested, how did that figure that I had paid. And he said he doesn't get anything out of that. There was just a lot of confusion about what's covered, what's the proportion that they vender receives and what is his responsibility if what's advertised isn't what covering or what's covering with the advertise. They were very efficient and responsive.

The service was fine. They took care of everything that needed sealed up. I was pleased.

Everything went well. No issues. Scheduling was a bit disjointed, but all on our part.

It was a very small job. They quoted a larger price. I requested a refund. In general terms I am satisfied, they came back and fixed it.

The company arrived and the first thing they said is, oh, you have a cedar shake roof, we don't do those types of roof's, we only do shingle roofs. I was very anoyed as nowhere in any of the documentation did it say they onl specialised in one type of roofing material. I had now paid for a service that this company couldn't perform.

It went terrible. They left a mess, there nails all over my neighbor's driveway, and when the job was complete there were major leaks. They didn't want to own up to the problems they caused.

The roof replacement went very well. Included in the price was limited replacement of the wood under the shingles. I believe they were done in under 2 days. They used a rubber membrane along the roof-brick joints with a flashing on top. They were very professional, and very clean.

From start to finish, the work was done neatly and quickly. I believe it took 3 days total for the siding. The back door was delayed due to shipping, but they were out quickly to install it after it arrived.

In addition to the roof, we ended up also getting new gutters and a matching roof on our garage (the garage roof was the original and pushing 40 years old). The price was competitive, the materials attractive and of high quality, the workers prompt, professional, and efficient. Clean-up was immediate and thorough. This matched our previous experience with the windows and doors. I would hire Superior Exteriors again without hesitation, and probably without getting a comparative bid, for any home improvement project; they are completely trustworthy in all aspects. This company and its hands-on owner are truly superior!

The owner came to our house for all consultations and contract signing. He remembered the job he had done for us almost 10 years prior (replacement windows and doors). He sold us a good quality roof, was very prompt and courteous at all times, work was done when he said it would be, with all professionalism, and clean-up was impeccable,

The initial visit and estimation went well. We chose them even though the estimate was a little more - becuase they seemed to be better experienced and were located in our neighborhood. Once we paid our initial half of the work, they never got back to us. We had to bug them to find out when they were coming. It happened to be a raining start to the summer, so delays were expected. But they never made the effort to comunicate any of that to us. When they finally started, they stated that it would cost more than then initially estimated - bu another $1500. It may have been justified - but given they had the first half of our money, and the season was quickly going by, we felt we needed to ge it done. So far the work seems to be of resaonalbe quality - but only time will tell. Once they got working, they went quikcly. But overall, it was not a great transaction in our mind.

I was not overly impressed with them. I do not think he repaired our water run off satisfactory.

The experience was good. This was our first experience with them. They have a good knowledge base and a good working crew. There were no major headaches other than the fact that as a homeowner you really have to be conscious of how a contractor works and have to be willing to be on their case if you see a problem and make sure they respond without affecting what was budgeted or otherwise between each other. They started the work in 2007 and finished in 2008.

We were very dissatisfied with them. They did a decent job and were very prompt in terms of the construction part, but then they were really pretty terrible around the painting. It was all exterior painting. First of all we ran into bad weather which was understandable and they agreed to see that the job was done much later. That was kind of their fault because they didn't start when they were supposed to. Had they started on time they would have finished it, but once it got late they couldn't do anything about it. They just did a really sloppy job on the painting and we basically had to fight with them to get them to fix up the paint job. In the end they did it. They did a fine job on the work they did on the roof right above the porch. They started in November 2009 and they were supposed to be done before the cold weather set in. Because they started a little late they didn't actually finish until about 2 weeks ago. They couldn't do anything from December to March because of winter. My husband was really displeased with them. Their price was competitive.

I was very pleased with all the work I had done.

They were careful about the things that were around the base of the house while doing their work. They arrived on time. They cleaned up after themselves. Their price was better than other providers.

They did the job while I was gone and the quality of the work was excellent. A representative came by so we could discuss what I wanted and to write up a plan of attack. He had no problem with changing the original plan we drew up. I found them very nice to work with. We talked a number of times before ehey came out and did the work. I like how they gave me a written proposal beforehand. I personally think that their prices were reasonable. I had other people come out to give me estimates and I chose them. They had the best combination of professionalism and customer service. I was very pleased with their services.

It was not a good experience, there was a lot of communication problems, the quality of the work was fine, the final product or outcome was just not the same as they said it would turn out, they also were doing some power washing for us and they did some damage to the door during this.

They were timely and did a good job.

There was poor communication with the company and they sent the wrong doors. They told us it would cost 75 dollars a door, but it ended up costing more. The owner was very unprofessional.

Mr. Wall is very charming. The name of the company itself is a fallacy. Use caution if considering this company.

They were easy to get a hold of. They were immediately here, right on schedule. They did exactly what they were supposed to do. I got great value for my money. I was quite satisfied. They were first class. I would highly recommend them.

I was impressed with their careful estimating. Even with that, they discovered an error and called to tell us and get a new confirmation of contract before they started working. They would not simply change it on us and we appreciated that. The workers did not speak English, but there was someone who came out each day to discuss what was going on and answer any of our questions or requests and that was communicated well to the workers. The job looks great.
