Horrible manners!!!! The owner’s attitude is plain rude and mean. I had explained that what was installed was not working and when I asked for Robert’s assistance, that is the owner, he’s remark was belittling! As if it was my fault, that I was doing something wrong. I just had the work done and was picking up the car and what was installed was new to my car. There was no need for him to respond in a disrespectful way. Never again will be stopping by or buying any of their products. A consumer deserves respect when respect is given and this Robert doesn’t know what manners means!!!
