Wonderful experience with Premier. The initial technician, Joe, arrived early and was able to quickly diagnose our issue. He offered up the more cost effective option, which was to replace the unit. Jason & Jim were the technician's that replaced the unit. Both were prompt, professional, and very personable. Would definitely recommend them, and I look forward to working with them in the future of maintenance and anything that may come up.

Keith gave us a great quote on replacement of our furnace, A/C, humidifier and water heater. Pointed out a few things that were overlooked by us and the other companies quoting. He and Jimmy came and did the install shortly thereafter in exactly the timeframe promised. All things being pretty equal as far as equipment costs go, it was the over all value that Premier Comfort offered, such as the service and labor warranties that really sold us. We're very happy with the Lennox equipment and the way it was installed. Will definitely recommend!

Keith was great! He did a thorough inspection and gave us an extremely fair price which beat all of the other quotes we received. The installers (Mike & Jimmy) were on time, courteous, professional, thorough and got the job done in 1 day (when others thought it may take 2 days). When they left, you wouldn't have known that they were there.....other than the fact that our home was cooling perfectly. I've already recommended them to my neighbors!

We expected to replace the entire a/c unit, however, Keith replaced the capacitor and it is running good. He graciously came to our house a day early and during his lunch hour how committed is that! He is professional and efficient. We have found our heating and cooling "go to" person for all future work.

Kieth and his crew did a excellent job. I had central Air installed into my house. They were the best priced and most professional. We are super happy with the way it all turned out and will be using them for all of our heating and cooling needs.

Keith was great! He, with 3 others, installed a gas furnace in my garage and I am very satisfied. I did a lot of research and compared multiple contractors, including others on HA list plus those not on the list. I considered both quality and cost. Premier was the obvious choice.

Though Premier Comfort HVAC was not on time, they did call and let us know when they would be arriving. They were great at what they did and also did a very thorough job. Definitely would use them again.

Both Keith and Kevin were very professional and on time. They explained the issue with the furnace and the repairs that needed to be done in great detail. The work was done on time, and without any issues. I plan to hire them again to install a new humidifier before next winter. They are probably not the least expensive company out there, but you are paying for the quality work and great customer service, which makes sense to me. I can definitely recommend Premier Comfort Heating & Cooling for your furnace jobs.
