Description of Work: In several times buying wood for deck unable to get wood my self because it was in pallet. Wait anywhere from 1 to 3 hours each time. Bad customer service and don't worry about waisting your time on going to the general manager he is to busy eating lunch. Let me also inform you it is a self service lumber yard according to the GM. But that would be fine if they had the wood available and not in pallets unless they are going to let you drive their trolley cars to get your own lumber because they do not have enough help and they really don't care. My suggestion is go to home depot they are awesome and have great customer service.
