 + -1 moreHe seemed like a really nice guy, struggling to make a living. He was very cordial and accomodating initially, but the quality of the job was very poor and his follow through was non-existent. He may guarantee no leaks, but he'll never come back. He left a mess - I had to get rid of skylights and old plywood, shingles. I picked up nails for months.
Description of Work: House roof was leaking as was screened in porch roof (two seperate roofs). Scott identified the house roof problem as the chimney and the screened porch roof as the skylights. He reflashed the chimney for the house roof. On the screened porch, he removed the skylights, replaced the moldy boards, and reshingled. The house roof continued to leak as did the screened porch roof. He used obsessively long nails and didn't get them into the studs so they were just sticking down. He initially used shingles that didn't match color and I made him replace. He said the color I had was discontinued and it would take awhile. After a few weeks, he replaced to the correct color. I called numerous times as the leaks continued and he continually promised to come out. He never returned.
