Roofing
He seemed like a really nice guy, struggling to make a living. He was very cordial and accomodating initially, but the quality of the job was very poor and his follow through was non-existent. He may guarantee no leaks, but he'll never come back. He left a mess - I had to get rid of skylights and old plywood, shingles. I picked up nails for months.
