Eric Neisen was quick to give the estimate and start work. His workers did all the work, and he was never on site, not even to inspect their work. After the work was completed, it was discovered that dozens of exposed nail heads weren't under the shingles. The inspector for the bank would not pass the work and wrote a lengthy report about the terrible workmanship. Eric Neisen said that he would fix it personally but sent a worker over a month later. The worker ripped up the shingles and replaced pieces of shingles in the new roof. The worker worked on replacing part of shingles for 1 afternoon and never returned until a month and a half later, after I finished the work myself. I ended up finishing the job myself by using 3 bundles of singles to replace the bad shingles. I could never get Eric to return a call to see what was going on with the roof. The only way to get in contact with Eric was to leave a voice mail, and he would not return a call. BEWARE!!

They were fantastic. I cannot say enough good things about Jeff and his crew. He responded right away when I called and asked for an estimate. We were able to set up a time that he and his crew could start. They even worked with us through a terrible wind storm and extneded power outage. Jeff came ou to check on part of our roof that was damaged durning the wind storm that they had not had a chance to fix yet - and made repairs that would get us through until the shingles could be replaced.  Jeff also noticed several areas that were sub-par when the original roof was installed. He made a point of going over what the issues were and how he was going to fix them.

Jeff and his crew were excellent and I would hire them again in a heartbeat.
