They are very knowledgeable and there is no pressure to buy. When I had trouble with a rower I had bought from them, they went out of their way to find someone to repair it. I don't think they do any repairs themselves.

Lori was very helpful, answering questions and offering suggestions but also allowing us space to look around and try things out ourselves. After talking with her and trying several machines, she provided us with documentation we could take home about the one we liked best, as well as information about their financing offer. She took our contact info (email) and put a note in the file under our names to give us a free floor mat if we decided to purchase. She remained in contact via email while we considered it for a few days, and even made sure we could get the same deal she offered when she was out for a day off, and letting us know when sale prices were available. After researching to confirm the quality of the machine and good price available, we went back and purchased. The staff who processed our order was very nice and professional, and the purchase went quickly (including the application for financing). Delivery staff contacted me only a few hours later to schedule set up. They were willing to come the very next day if we had been available, but the machine was in our house, up and running in under 48 hours. Hopefully, any service in the future will have the same great responsiveness!

They are very friendly people that work there. They are very quick to deliver, and their prices are medium. They are not too high and not too low. The customer service was good for me there, and I will use them again in the future.
