After trying to use my mother in laws CD burner to save some files to disc (and failing) we found Compucare through the list, gave them a call and brought in her computer. The performed some tests on the machine, diagnosed the problem and recommended we replace the CD drive with a DVD/CD combo burner. They even installed some new software on the computer to make the burning easier. Problem solve. Nice guys too. I ordered the services & paid for it.

I HAD TO CALL THREE TIMES TO RECEIVE AN ESTIMATE. IT TOOK THEM 4 DAYS TO GET BACK TO ME. WHEN I CALLED THE LAST TIME, THE PRINTER WAS SERVICED.

EVERYONE I DEALT WITH WAS PLEASANT AND KNOWLEDGEABLE. ALSO, UNLIKE MANY COMPUTER PEOPLE, THEY WERE ABLE TO EXPLAIN THINGS IN A WAY I COULD UNDERSTAND. THE FACT THAT THEY MADE A ''HOUSE CALL'' SO QUICKLY ENDEARED THEM TO ME.
