Nobody was there at assigned pickup time. When I called, they said person was off towing someone and would show up a half-hour later. I was not called ahead of time and had to drive out there twice.

They did a great job for a very reasonable price. I had numerous questions and they answered each and everyone of them. Very thorough work and quite knowledgable on small engines. They cleaned the carburetor, changed the oil, replaced bent shear pins, checked the drive belts, and replaced the spark plugs & a gasket. It took them about 3-4 days to get the blower serviced. Before we took it there, the blower was always hard to start. Since then, it's been running wonderfully this winter. Starts beautifully on the first pull each time! I plan to take our blower there every year for a tune-up!
