"Thank you for your feedback Always a pleasure working for and with you on your projects. I look forward to expanding your backyards AV footprint :-) Acoustical Vision thanks you"
After the work was done, they walked us through how each remote worked (after they programmed them for us). Finally, both men were pleasures to have around--they were kind to our kids, wanted to come up with the most efficient solutions for us , and were always punctual. I never once felt like we were being upsold, or that their primary interest was anything other than making us satisfied. Would use them again without hesitation!!
"I am sorry that you aren't 100% satisfied with the outcome of your project. This is purely a case of miscommunication. For starters, the scope of work was (3) TV installation, (3) outlet installation, installation of (1) Acoustical Vision supplied shelving, (3) Acoustical Vision supplied HDMI cables, (2) incoming satellite feed relocation and routing the cables horizontally 6'-7' which resulted in opening the wall in 5 locations and the need for 5 locations of drywall repair, which we also did to be primer/paint ready. Not just (3) tv installation, (1) shelving and (3) outlets. Concerning the workout and office TV installations: We discussed the installation on the phone and we agreed to everything. Upon arriving at your home I was able to gain a "vision" into your installation. I made a suggestion to you based upon your desire to not see any wires. I suggested moving the equipment elsewhere in the room so no cables or wires were visible at the tv location. Again, it was merely a suggestion. The final decision on everything was made after a discussion with both husband and wife. That is something I always do. I go over every detail before starting work to make sure we are on the same page with everything and never make my own decisions for placement of anything. At the equipment location there are of course wires necessary to connect HDMI cables to theTV's, incoming satellite feed to both boxes and power for both satellite boxes. Both, husband and wife, were very satisfied with the outcome of the installation. Which is where I am confused and taken aback by this review. The satellite boxes were located out of sight and need an IR system to operate properly (e.g., change channels, guide, info, etc...) As for asking to call me back, I told the husband I was currently in the field and in the midst of an installation so I wasn't able to make any notes of our conversation and asked for a call back if I hadn't called by end of day the next day. I typically receive any where from 20-30 calls a day. I saw it was a client calling and wanted to make voice contact not just let it go to voicemail. I didn't sense any dislike towards the installation, or I would have taken a different approach. It was a complete oversight, lesson learned on my part. My customer service and responsiveness is paramount as noted in many of our reviews. I have since reached out to the husband concerning this situation, 3 times, so we can get everything as wanted and I have yet to hear back. I believe this can be resolved with proper communication and time on our end to relieve the "jumbled mess", I am uncertain of what exactly that is referring to, which wasn't mentioned at the completion of the project. All equipment is neatly tucked away. All that was said was how happy and satisfied everyone was. It was also brought to my attention what a great idea it was for my recommendation of TV location and placement of the equipment. Again, there was no mention of any ill feelings towards the installation in any form of communication. If I am contacted and I hope I am, we are able to get everything as you want. I am 100% certain of that."
"Thank you for the positive response."
"I appreciate the feedback. We will continue to perform work on the same level. I look forward to working with you in the future,"
"I am glad we were able to help with your home theater and make your vision a reality."
"Thank you for the feedback."
"I appreciate the feedback. Unfortunately your wall unit was not what you had in mind but we are glad everything turned out as you wanted."
in the end the TV was mounted to perfection and only two small access holes had to be patched up which they did. They also cleaned up most of the dust and debris leaving us with very little clean-up and only two patches of wall to paint. They might have been a little more than other quotes I had recieved but I am happy I paid a little more to make sure the job was done exactly how i wanted by two very professional individuals. Next project for this room is in wall surround speakers. I will definitely be calling them to help me with this.
