Ashes lost. Only ‘sorry’ I got was words and offer of a memorial frame and $11 medication for my dog. Ashes of my pet are gone forever. No one followed up on paperwork properly, vet rushed through process. Never trust them alone please.

It?s always a long time when you?re in there, you always one hour because it?s emergency. They take emergencies first reasonably enough. The vet interacts very well with my pet.?We had a little dog and he wasn?t doing terribly well and we were going to put him down. I told my husband to meet me at the vet after work because he was working days that day.? The little dog was very ill, for one thing he?s 18. ?He waited until my husband got there and then just let go and died. They let us stay in the room for a while just to be with him, and never billed us for that visit. What kind of a grade do you give that?

I use a veterinarian that I know personally.  They're A's across the board.  It's probably about a 20 minute drive there for me.  I almost never have to wait; they're very good that way.  My dogs are old, so they're getting close to the Rainbow Bridge, as we say in dog world.  No big deal; they're just dogs.  I've had them for a long time.  I don't really take them for annuals any more.  I take them if they ... no, because it's a dog.  It's not like it's one of your kids; that's how I feel about it.  I'm a responsible pet owner, I like my animals, we have two of them, I take care of them, I make sure they're clean, I make sure they're fed; but other than that, you know, I don't throw birthday parties for them. 

I didn't have any problems with my dog after I took him there.

I completely trust them and they do excellent work but they are expensive.

I have used this animal hospital for 20 years.My dog and cat have gotten the best care I could imagine. They are kind, compassionate, thorough and have always taken enough time with my pets and are very good at explaining everything. They are good at getting you in in a timely fashion both for appointments and wait time. The office staff sometimes are not as proactive as they should be butgenerally they are pretty good and helpful. I know the doctors are highly skilled and as such I am willing to pay a little more than other vets in the area.When I had to euthanize my cat Dr. Willard stayed after hours and helped me get tyhrough that hard time. I highly reccomend this facility for the best care available at a slighty higher cost than some but very much worth it.

The pricing is great. They are close to where I live and they are very affordable. They are good with the animals.

I like the doctors there. They really care for the animals. They are helpful. I would use them in the future.

They take time to talk to you and are very nice. It is a very clean facility and they also do grooming and boarding as well. They have done surgery on my dogs eyes in the past.

We love Dr. Rachel so does our puppy. She is friendly and approachable, and best of all the office hours are until 7pm allowing for visits after work. With the spay they took great care of our dog and we were impressed with how happy and pain free she has been.

They are very, very nice. They were very compassionate when we lost our cat. When we board the animals they come home groomed, in good shape and smelling good. The staff relates to the animals well and plays with them a few times a day while they are boarded.
