I called to check about viewing a property. The wife answered and advised that Richard wasn't home and provided a cell phone number for me to call him. I called the cell phone number and left a voicemail for him to call me back. After about 6 hours I called the home phone number again. Richard answered and I told him that I wanted to see about viewing a specific property. He mumbled something about the property going to another agency. I replied okay what agency do I need to speak with then? He responded in a hasty voice Are you not listening the property has been sold, well actually we've received a cash offer and the sale is pending. I can still show it to you but most likely it is sold. The most frustrating part for me is that this Richard Herring was not professional enough to call me back to tell me anything.
