He is really easy to work with, and he is very reliable. He allowed me to work on several aspects of the project which allowed me to learn, and not a lot of contractors would do that, and I thought it was great experience. For example, I got some skill in tiling which I have never done before, but now I feel c0mfortable doing in future. He doesn’t feel threatened by the fact that I can now do it myself, so that was a more rewarding experience working with them.
