About us

Quality Carpet Care Plus is a family owned and operated business that has been in business in this area for over 12 years. All the work is done by Randy or his son Bradley, or both we never use sub-contractors. We strive to answer all phone calls in person but occasionally we do have the line tied up with another client. Payment is expected at time of service unless prior arrangements have been made. We do accept cash, checks, and most major credit cards. We do offer special incentives to new customers to try our service.

Services we offer

We do residential and commercial carpet cleaning with excellent spot and stain removal. Most of our focus is on residential carpet cleaning. We do water damage remediation and odor control. Our water damage service is 24 hour. Our clients can call at any time. We clean most types of fabric upholstery. We clean leather furniture and floor tile and grout. We do occasionally clean upholstery and carpet in cars, trucks, motor homes and boats. We do clean oriental and specialty fiber rugs.

Services we don't offer

We do not stretch carpet or do carpet sales. We do not do rebuilds after water damage, but our water damage remediation is very rapid response.

Thank you for your candid evaluation. I just would like to correct something. I think the decimal place was wrong on the amount you paid for the job. It was $555.01 not 5557.00 LOL. Also, if I could get some feed back on why you did not think the level of professionalism or the punctuality or responsiveness was not superior that would be very helpful in being able to know how to improve. Your help would be greatly appreciated. We always strive to completely impress our clients in every way and when that falls short we would really like to correct it. Thanks

Thank you for your kind review. I notice that the only thing you were not completely thrilled about was the price. I'm sorry about that but in this day and age there is not too much that can be done about that. The service that we provide is a superior product and we make no secret that we are not the cheapest "carpet cleaner" out there. It is possible to find other companies that may charge a cheaper price but you will get what you pay for. So, as we always say. " If all you want is a cheap, brush the dirt off the surface cleaning, we respectfully ask you to call another carpet cleaning company, but if you want the most thorough cleaning possible call us."

They came on time, set up was good, they knew what they were doing, took care of business asked if there were trouble spots and went from there. Very good.
Description of Work: Carpet were prepped, vacuumed stains, pre-treated then cleaned very thorough.

Randy's scheduling was from 9:30 to 10 and he made it. Very professional, neat and clean appearance. Top quality work with the latest innovations in equipment.
Description of Work: QCCP cleaned our living, dining room carpeting. He always does something extra without charging. This time it was cleaning the hall carpeting on through to a back door.
