Shelly was UH-MAZING when we were in a last minute bind with a rental property that needed a deep cleaning! She was completely above and beyond with communication, quality and depth of cleaning, punctuality when she said she would be there, fairness of pricing, and even on a timeline that was tough for her with the short notice. She is dedicated to her reputation and backed up everything she said. I was in a real tough spot being out of state, and Shelly saved us, even caring about the problem we faced and took it as a personal challenge to help us out of. I was really humbled by how she made us a priority, and it's clear to me that she takes each job seriously. Being an out of state landlord who contracts many trades, when you find someone with excellent communication and organization skills, you know you've found a business partner for the long term. Our renters were also impressed with her quality of work. I will absolutely be using her again for all future cleaning needs in IL. Thank you again, Shelly!
