+ -1 moreFantastic. John never harassed me and gave me time to look around without standing over me like a vulture. He offered assistance when needed and was very polite when he was taken away to address another customer's on-going issues. He didn't try to hard sell anything I didn't want and/or need and even admitted that the mattress cover was somewhat overpriced. Did not talk down to me or suggest I bring my spouse (I'm single.) Never tried cute sales pitches or create fabricated "bargains." Didn't play me for a fool and treated me as though I was an educated consumer capable of rational thought. Was very patient during a very long and drawn out financing process (which was no fault of The Bedroom Store, but rather the finance company.) Highly recommend John for shopping without the hard core sales push.
Description of Work: Selection and purchase of queen size mattress and box springs.
