A gentleman from this company stopped at my home when he saw me struggling to get grass to regrow after I accidentally killed it while killing weeds. He was nice, courteous, and quoted me $100 to seed and aerate my front lawn and $50 to kill the weeds in my backyard on an ongoing servicing basis. I immediately agreed and signed up because we want to sell our home soon and I told him I needed the problem solved quickly. He said I would get a phone call back that evening and someone could get there that week. The phone call did come that evening. A day later I received another phone call that they would be out the Friday before Memorial Day. On that Friday, I received a call that the technician called in sick and they would be out the following week. The following Tuesday or Wednesday, I received a voice message from a customer service rep who sounded confused saying she got a call from the tech saying we needed to reschedule. I called back and told them we weren't home, had no idea what they were talking about, and wanted the services done asap. I talked to a gentleman who said the tech was confused by lawn mowers outside someone else's home and would go back that day. When I came home, the technician had not been back. I called again and the customer service rep attempted to call the technician to no avail and said she would be back in touch. I received no return call. The following day no one showed up so I called again. They could not figure out what had happened and said the scheduling manager would call me back. He/she never did. On the Friday of that week, I got home and still no services were done. I called again frustrated and was put on hold, then told the weather delayed the service and it would be the following week. When questioned on what day, I was told prob Wednesday or Thursday to which I said was unacceptable. I was told the schedule was full. I explained what had happened and my urgent need for services, so they could simply cancel me and I would find an alternative service provider. She placed me on hold again and asked if the scheduling manager could call me back. I said that was fine. I still, to this day, have never received a call from any scheduling manager. Yesterday, I called to cancel yet again and express my displeasure. I explained everything again and was then placed on hold. I eventually hung up. I am shocked by the complete lack of follow-up and follow through on services. I needed them performed badly and would have paid extra to get it done immediately. I was given the run around and never called back by the scheduling manager on two separate occasions. The customer service reps did not seem to have any idea what was going on or why I wasn't being serviced. Given I really liked and appreciated the gentleman who stopped to sell me the services, I am incredibly disappointed in this entire experience.

We started using Tee Time this year.  The lawn has never looked better.  It would be nice to know in advance when they are coming but this last treatment there was no notice.  Having said that, weather makes for hectic schedules so I understand.

I could not be happier with this company!  I have been a customer all year, and my lawn has consistently improved all year long.  I moved into my house over the winter of 2013, and as soon as spring hit this year I noticed my lawn had serious issues.  I had weeds everywhere, and my grass just looked unhealthy.  Tee Time has been out 5 times for regular treatments, and most recently they aerated and seeded my lawn.  Every time the service technician has been out, I have been home and we have taken a walk around my property to see what was going on with my lawn.  The best part about the aeration/seeding was that a representative (Rob) called to talk to me about how my lawn was doing and made sure I knew that the young man on my lawn (it has been the same person all season) had noted on my account that my lawn would benefit from this service.  I am looking forward to starting next year with a worry free lawn! Tee Time called early in 2014 and offered us a discounted rate per application if we signed contract for full season (10% discount). They applied fertilizer, weed kill and crab grass elimination applications for our 1-acre lot 5-times over the lawn care season (5+ months). When we struggled with thistles and weeds in our backyard, they came back out and applied weed killer at no additional charge. The team is very courteous, and always calls 2-days in advance of application. All team members that handle the on-site application are friendly and professional. Our lawn looks much better than last year!

The process was simple. A sales representative called me, explain their program and gave me a free quote. I decided to give them a shot and am amazed at how fast I was able to see results!
