My husband works for K-Mart which is owned by Sears, and as a result, he gets an employee discount. I knew what kind I wanted when I went in. They didn't have a wide selection to look at. The experience was mediocre. They delivered it for us because it had to go to the basement. It took about 5 days for them to deliver it, and there were no issues.

However, the seasonal sales associate was very courteous(smiling)and product savvy- much more than seasonal help from some other stores in the mall I encountered that day. I was very impressed and thought Sears put much care into preparing sales associate. I found the pricing very competitive too and will definitely consider Sears for some more services in the future.

They didn't complete the job.  The person looked at his computer and said we needed another part.  Why they couldn't do this on the phone when we called is beyond me.

It was okay. The experience wasn’t as good as last time. I would probably try somebody different next time. The carpet wasn’t as clean as the last time they did.

They didn't fix the machine, now it moves across the floor. He just said it was loud machine.

We are pretty satisfied with what they did.  They were running a special at that time.  It went very well.  They were very courteous.  They came as promised.  There were two gentlemen and it did not take them very long.  I was very pleased with them.  The Sears name mounts the reliability and I was a little more comfortable going with them versus hundred of the mailers I get with the company that really don’t have a reputation established.  They have more competitive price compared to a reputed company. I placed my order on their website; they called me to confirm that everything I put on the site was what I wanted and they scheduled the appointment. They came out and everything was great. The carpet looks great. It didn't take a long time to dry, which is very important because I have small children. I don't know what their regular pricing is and how competitive it is.
