I contacted Merry Maids for an estimate for biweekly house cleaning services. They sent someone out a few days later for an estimate and were able to start the next week. We've had 2 cleanings so far and I am very pleased! My home is sparkling clean when I get home, the towels are folded like in a hotel, and everything looks and smells so clean. Vickie has done a great job taking care of our house cleaning needs! We appreciate her hard work.

My family has used Merry Maids for about 4 months.  I contacted the company and someone came out within a few days and was able to work with my schedule to consult with me on cleaning my home.  We set up the services after they explained what they would do, she did explain to me that no matter how good they do they will not clean the home as we would, at first I thought...What?...then I thought, I apprieciate the honesty. After having them clean my home for 4 months she couldn't have made a more truthful statement.  The crew that comes to my home was the same for the first two months and Theresa did a fantastic job cleaning our home, she would put our daughters animals in different places on the bed and that was the first thing they would look at on Thursday afternoon when we got home...."look at my room".  It has been worth the money to have this company clean my home....like when I clean my home it never seems to stay clean, I just have to remember that...if I skip a week I deffinately notice the difference.  Theresa has not been available due to personal reasons and the person that replaced her does a good job but we miss Theresa for sure.  I am not sure that after our contract is up we will continue to use them to clean our home, they are missing that "I have to have them do this for me"...

Not worth the money.  I felt that I could've done a better job.  Ladies wanted to stand and talk to me instead of clean.  Always noticed dust on bannister

Our weekly house cleaning service has been okay.  Occassionally something would get missed and

I struggle because things are not always done the way I would do them, but I didn't have time to do them so that is why I was paying someone else.  If something was forgetten i would mention it and it would be taken care of.  I was not thrilled with the service, but needed the service and preferred to go with a company that was insured and bonded and had insurance in case they were hurt (i.e. fall down the stairs) at my home.

They are very good. I used them for two years. They send the same team every time,  and I really like that.  That makes it very personal.  They understand how I like things done.  They also check, if there is a new person, to make sure they follow how I like to have things done in my home. They are very punctual.

They do an excellent job; I am not sure how competitive their prices are but I have no complaints about their work. They come every two weeks for an hour and a half and will do whatever I want them to; it is a senior help out thing. I will use them again in the future.

THEY ARE EFFICIENT, ON TIME, AND THEY DID A GOOD JOB.
