Owner was very responsive in getting cleaning scheduled. Work was performed on Thurs July 7. I had showings that weekend. I had handyman let them into property, as I was attending a funeral. Handyman said they were in/out fairly quickly and he overheard them saying “I’m sure we’ll get a call back, but we’re in a hurry”. When I arrived I was not happy, to say the least. Stove top was not clean, large ceiling vent was coated in dust and wall marks I’d specifically asked to have removed hadn’t been touched. Dust on top of wine racks and window sills. I went back next day, prior to showings, and easily vacuumed vent (they had claimed it was rust and unable to be cleaned - took me 5min). I cleaned cooktop w Barkeepers Friend and wall markings w Magic Erasure. Owner did offer a repeat visit but I didn’t have the time nor do I feel I should have to hand hold. I hired a “professional”. Owner reduced price from 350 to 250. Prior to my receiving her invoice she sent me multiple vulgar, crass, expletive-laden text messages threatening my person and property. The single most unprofessional encounter I’ve experienced in my 50 years of life.

"Girl bye, you're just a dead beat who does not pay their tab until I had to track you down at your home address. You stopped responding to all texts after I offered to have the ladies come back out the next day. Next time don't have a painter on premises sanding and doing work while you have a cleaning crew. Your painter created the dust because he was there still after they left, and you were never there at this job site until days later."

Our friends gifted us this service and we really didn't want anyone coming into our house and dealing with our clutter or mess. The two person crew that came out arrived right on time, let us give our preferences, but then got straight to work. I work from home but they were efficient and handled everything without needing anything from me. Our home is now cleaner than it was the day we moved in, and cleaner than we've managed to get this house in the four years we've lived here. If you have a busy work schedule, they can be trusted to get the job done thoroughly and well.

They did a really great job. They were phenomenal. I originally had them come out for a deep clean and they got on their hands and knees and cleaned areas that I was completely not expecting them to clean. They did just a really great job. They were always very professional, always right on time. I've been really happy with them.
