Excellent work, cared about my input. Work was done in two days, this involved taking out a jacuzzi tub and making it a walk in shower- turned out beautiful- glad I went with the upgraded shower “rain head”

Great experience from beginning to end! Work was done quickly with minimal mess. Windows look great too.

The original installation was fine. Everything went wrong when their installation was damaged by weather. They offered to take the installed awning down for $420 and fully credit the $420 towards repair/replacement. Only after they removed did they tell us that a repair was not possible. While we were talking solution they threatened to turn me over to collections for what should have been credited to replacement that they could no longer offer. I can only assume that an old family-run business has changed and they no longer care about customer service. FYI the removal took two laborers less than 1 hour so we can guesstimate that total cost of removal was less than $80. I really dislike it when a reputable company turns the opposite. I can only recommend that you stay as far away from Jacob as you can. Any other company would treat you better.

We got bids for our sunroom from three companies. Although Jacob's price was nearly twice the estimate of the others, the sunrooms build by Jacob are more than twice as nice. Although others look similar on the outside, the big difference in quality the look and feel of the inside - which is where we will enjoy our sunroom.

The installers were hard-working and dedicated to installing the windows. We are very pleased with the workmanship.

The project has not begun as yet. I am very excited to this take place. The salesman Cliff was very helpful and informative about their product. He was very professional and eager to assure my wife and I that everything would be to our exact specifications. cliff even brought staff to help us understand everything to be done We can't wait to see everything completed.

All I can say the service is great and I would use it again.

I have not selected a gutter company and your drywall companies have never shown up, which is typical of contractors in this area. The rep from Jacob Sunrooms was very professional and courteous.
