From start to Finish The Jacob team exceeded my expectations! Ben the lead could not have been better suited for this work! His calm demeanor always put me at ease when I had many questions! I am pretty particular about details and Ben answered all my questions and made adjustments as I requested! I feel like I can follow up at anytime with more questions or concerns because of how Ben and all the team responded and fixed, adjusted, explained and held my hand (not literally) Ha! Kevin the representative as well has been very patient with my many questions and explained things as I asked! Even though I changed the roof almost at the last minute the professionalism continued!! I feel I developed an ongoing relationship with the company! My pictures don’t do it justice!

We had Marvin windows installed by Jacob Sunrooms in the entire back of our house and couldn't be more pleased. The entire process was excellent from the initial sales meeting through installation. The windows are extremely high quality and have made a noticeable difference. Their staff kept us informed throughout the process and arranged installation at our convenience. Zach and his crew did an outstanding job both inside and out. They were friendly, professional and very thorough. We recently just contracted to install Marvin windows in the rest of our house - and requested Zach and his crew to do the installation. Absolutely recommend Jacob Sunrooms.

John and Erik did an excellent job remodeling my bathroom. Very professional with great attention to detail. Once they removed the entire wall, they killed the mold, made precision cuts with uneven walls and improvised the metal studs that we've never seen before by adding 2×4 all around. Thank you guys, really appreciate the professionalism.

The folks at Jacob are very vice to deal with. Their work was first rate and we were very pleased with the outcome.

Excellent work, cared about my input. Work was done in two days, this involved taking out a jacuzzi tub and making it a walk in shower- turned out beautiful- glad I went with the upgraded shower “rain head”

The original installation was fine. Everything went wrong when their installation was damaged by weather. They offered to take the installed awning down for $420 and fully credit the $420 towards repair/replacement. Only after they removed did they tell us that a repair was not possible. While we were talking solution they threatened to turn me over to collections for what should have been credited to replacement that they could no longer offer. I can only assume that an old family-run business has changed and they no longer care about customer service. FYI the removal took two laborers less than 1 hour so we can guesstimate that total cost of removal was less than $80. I really dislike it when a reputable company turns the opposite. I can only recommend that you stay as far away from Jacob as you can. Any other company would treat you better.

Working with this company was a 5-star experience from beginning to end. Outstanding people. Quality product. Efficient. Helpful. Thorough.

We got bids for our sunroom from three companies. Although Jacob's price was nearly twice the estimate of the others, the sunrooms build by Jacob are more than twice as nice. Although others look similar on the outside, the big difference in quality the look and feel of the inside - which is where we will enjoy our sunroom.

The installers were hard-working and dedicated to installing the windows. We are very pleased with the workmanship.

The project has not begun as yet. I am very excited to this take place. The salesman Cliff was very helpful and informative about their product. He was very professional and eager to assure my wife and I that everything would be to our exact specifications. cliff even brought staff to help us understand everything to be done We can't wait to see everything completed.

All I can say the service is great and I would use it again.

I have not selected a gutter company and your drywall companies have never shown up, which is typical of contractors in this area. The rep from Jacob Sunrooms was very professional and courteous.
