Will NOT refund money even though requested in proper time. And the money is significant--it is over 4000--yes over four thousand NOT 400 hundred. And I signed a different contract than the one I originally saw--igt was done on an I-PAD... Totally absurd, ridiculous, and criminal. When I called to request my money b/c I had lost a couple jobs in a short period, the guy who originally assisted me (Pretty Nice, Cool Guy--Steve) said the company would NOT refund my money. I requested my money prior to them measuring and ordering material. And the quote to do the bathroom was absolutely ridiculous-- OVER $14,000 to do a bathroom. And I had just done a bathroom--for under 5,000--so I was NOT thinking to originally agree... Craig G--is a snake. He reports will do something (refund money), than when he buys some time (passed the legal time for me) than he switches... TOTALLY NOT WORTH IT!!! I'm NOT DONE. There is a few surprises coming.... BEWARE!!! RUN!!! If I could leave no stars I WOULD!!

A salesman stopped by for the initial sale and quote, and he gave good advice regarding types of windows. The installer came by to measure, and then a few weeks later came for the install (with two helpers), which took several hours. Jacob's window installer is great! He did a nice job, and was thorough, doing a good job of clean-up and even pointing out things I needed to finish on one of the windows (the installer had to improvise a bit on account of a half -finished rehab project of mine). The windows are vinyl, and of high quality.

Approximately 7 years ago, Jacobs installed new soffit and facia on my home, as well as a new roof and gutters. I don't remember what I was charged at the time, but I do know that it was competitive. Recently, I noticed that the soffit on my front porch was starting to sag. I called them to come out and take a look to see what the problem could be. The technician who responded was actually early and diagnosed the problem right away. He removed all the soffit panels and re-installed them, anchoring each panel with screws. He also went around my entire house and did the same with other panels he found that had also started to sag. After 7 years, I was expecting to pay a service charge, but I was not charged anything. Their customer service is excellent and I would highly recommend them to anyone who needs work done on their home. They do excellent work and stand behind what they do.

The gutters were installed and the area cleaned up. The only reason I knew thay had been her was the new gutter on the house. I had problems with them draining properly and emailed pictures to them. The owner came out himself to resolve the situation. He apologized and explained that a crew who no longer worked for them had done my installation (I live all the way in N. St. Louis county) He then had his guys install a new downspout (which should have been done originally) and fix the flange that attached it to my house. No hassels, no charge! I have ben very happy with the product and their service.

One thing I liked was that measurements were taken by both the sales rep and the head installer. A previous experience with a big-box store helped me appreciate this service. (The big-box store sent a crew twice to measure for doors and did it wrong both times.) An installment date was scheduled, the crew arrived promptly as promised, and worked quickly. The installment was done in November and the crew did their best to have windows exchanged as quickly as possible to minimize loss of heat at the openings. the patio door took a little longer and the crew put up plastic sheets over the opening to cut down on heat loss. They cleaned up after themselves and worked cleanly. No mess was left behind.
The crew was professional, worked efficiently, and the finished work looked good. In the time since the windows were installed, the house has felt warmer during the winter months. I would be willing to do business here again.

I am very happy with their work. I trust the company and the quality of their work. They were also very nice and were happy to answer any questions we had. I am also very impressed by the quality of the windows they put in.

The work turned out great. They were very efficient and got the work done faster than they had estimated. They sent two guys who did a nice job.

The salesman came and priced the cost of adding new gutters with covers. It was more expensive than
a similar job we had done in our former house, however that had been 10 years prior. The salesman was persistent, but
pleasant. We went back and forth on price and finally settled on one. He offered additional items, but we decided to only do the gutters.
I requested a specific date when I would be off in about 3 weeks for the install. The salesman indicated that he would have to confirm if that date would work. I signed the contract and gave a deposit. I did not receive much communication during time period. Finally a few days before the install, I called and they indicated that they were coming out on that date.
The workmen came, removed the former gutters and facia board. They replaced the facia on the front of the house. The back of the
house only needed a few feet of facia replaced. However when they saw it, they indicated it needed a few feet in another area, not the area the salesman estimated. Oddly, they charged me for the 3 additional feet ($50), but did not reduce the cost for the 3 feet they didn’t actually replace.
The workmen did kindly attach a metal place over a hole we had in our roof. It was higher up above the gutter and this was very helpful to us.
The workmen cleaned up everything and the job looked very well done. The workmen were professional.
The gutters have not clogged since installing them. We occasionally get spots where the rain flows over the gutters rather rolling under into the gutter. However usually that is a spot that I need to spray with a nozzle. After spraying off some little dirt in a spot like that, the rain usually goes back to rolling back under into the gutter and out the spout. Overall it they did a good job and we are satisfied. We would use their service again.
