During a storm, a dead tree branch crashed down onto the back windshield of my car. I called my insurance company and they suggested a company called Glass America. A Glass America rep came out a day or so later and replaced my windshield in no time. The man, whose name I can't remember, was really, really nice, one of the nicest people I've ever dealt with in any kind of service situation. He certainly went the extra mile in explaining everything he was going to do, plus he vacuumed up all the broken glass in the trunk that I told him I'd take care of. Also, I showed him a few cracks on the front windshield of my other car and he went ahead and filled those for free. I'm not looking forward to needing the services of Glass America again, but if I do I'll be glad to welcome them to my home again.

My windshield cracked and needed to be replaced. I used Glass America 2 years ago to replace a shattered windshield in the same car. They did not have the windshield for my make/model of car is stock by said they could get it in 24 hours. The company offered the same price I paid for the previous windshield, which was a $60 savings over anyplace else I called. I made an appointment for two days out and was told I would get an email confirming my appointment and firming up the appointment time. I got the email and time first thing Thursday morning with the techs contact information. 15 Min before my appointment time the Tech called to let me know he would be there in 10 - 15 min. The window replacement took 45 min and I was offered a repeat customer discount, on top of the already discounted price. I was very happy with the service, professionalism and the product. The discounts were a bonus. I will definitely use them again if I need to replace any more vehicle glass!

They gave me a time frame. They worked around the time frame they gave me. They came here at 11:00 and they were done in about one hour. They were very professional. The quality of the work was pretty good. They gave me the impression of a very efficient company.
