They did a super job and really extraordinarily friendly, and came in the day. I was very happy with them. They were a little pricy compared to some other places, but I would give a little money for good service and good personal interaction. They came a day ahead.

I paid for a battery 6 months prior because the it tested low.  They said it wasn't my battery, they told me it was my alternator and said it was going to be $600.  I left there, and went back to my dealership.  The dealership stated it was in fact the battery, and that Auto Tire should be replacing that under warranty.  Auto Tire refused to replace the battery, and kept stating it was the alternator. So I went to a different place and replaced the battery.

It has been an awful experience.
