+ -1 moreThey did a super job and really extraordinarily friendly, and came in the day. I was very happy with them. They were a little pricy compared to some other places, but I would give a little money for good service and good personal interaction. They came a day ahead.
Description of Work: I used Dobbs Tire & Auto Center to plum a gasket, rebuild the head and did general check on the engine.

+ 1 moreI paid for a battery 6 months prior because the it tested low. They said it wasn't my battery, they told me it was my alternator and said it was going to be $600. I left there, and went back to my dealership. The dealership stated it was in fact the battery, and that Auto Tire should be replacing that under warranty. Auto Tire refused to replace the battery, and kept stating it was the alternator. So I went to a different place and replaced the battery. It has been an awful experience.
Description of Work: Went in to get the battery replaced that they put it, because it was testing low.

Description of Work: I brought in a newer car to have new tires put on. They told me I needed a front end allignmant part. I paid quite a bit of money for this car, and haven't hit anything. I went to the dealer I bought the car from and the head service man said I most likely didn't need the part. He assumed I was being scammed. I had the dealer do the allignment for me instead of Dobbs. I reported Dobb's to the BBB for trying to scam me out of $200.
