On time, stacked the wood, was friendly and tolerante with my dogs, and trustworthy.

We would not use them again because we weren't satisfied. It left a big nasty spot in the front yard. We did get them to return a couple of times and remove a surface root. They didn't remove as many roots as I thought they were going to do. They filled in with wood chips, so there is not soil there. It is all wood chips, weeds, and looks nasty there.We found out about a year later that we should have been doing something to the yard that they told us we didn't need to do. They were good about making the initial appointment and cleaning up afterwards. The guys who came out to do the work were very professional.
