"We did install( for free on portions of the home) the no clog gutter covers on this owners patio/carport cover at no additional charge (as he requested and with him knowing fully) that the warranty would not apply to a carport/patio cover as they are not made for patios or carports.(Anything is better than nothing as we were told) The Gutters and downspouts on the home were also original and the home had settled in areas causing abnormal slanting of the gutters(thus the reason I wanted to change them all in the first place( as this is a large irregular ranch design home.)(I am also a home inspector) There were also improperly installed materials that did not relate to the gutter covers but did impede the proper function of the gutter covers as the homeowner was advised. We are very sorry that this one owner out of hundreds and hundreds felt treated so unfair, and should anyone need, we have two hundred very happy customers we can refer to at any given time, sincerely"
