I have used All Brite for over five years now. Mr. Albright is always easy to reach. He is punctual and personal. After he leaves the carpets are very clean. He doesn't use chemicals with harsh smells or sweet perfumes.

Mr. Allbrite answered my call immediately and gave me the next available time slot. He was early on the job and completed the job quickly but thoroughly. He left the overhead fans on to help dry the carpet quickly. My only complaint is that he uses a strongly perfumed cleaner. This is the fourth or fifth time that I have used his company. I am always satisfied.

THE PERSON WAS PUNCTUAL, I DIDN'T HAVE TO WAIT LONG FOR AN APPOINTMENT. THEY TAKE CARE NOT TO DO DAMAGE ANY OF THE FLOORING WITH WATER.
