They charge a delivery fee of $250 which is ridiculous.  Then when the mattress arrived it was horribly uncomfortable.  So I contacted them and they said I can send it back but if any damage occurs they will not accept the mattress.  So I had them come out and pick it up which they charged me again $250 for this.  The mattress is an air mattress so I can deflate it and have it packed and ready to go for them to just pick it up.  It took a lot of back and forth with them to get a refund for the mattress, which I finally got my $800 back but I am out $500 for the delivery and pick up fees.  I would not recommend them.

The sleep number bed has never honored a warranty as long as I've had dealings with them. I want to sew them. If ANYONE is interested contact me at [email protected] I don't know the date of service because I have a fatal lung disease. I am in & out of the hospitAL.

There is a lump in the middle of the bed. When you change the number it forces a bump right into your back. The We took the bed apart and we found that everything is coming apart. It seems that the foam disintegrating. The bump causes me extra consternation because I suffer chronic back pain. It is covered by the 20 year warranty they are not willing to replace the bed and honor the warranty. They want to replace parts of the bed. They want me to pay more money as well.

The sales-people were informative and helpful. They helped us find our sleep number and also helped us choose a pillow. The delivery was efficient and carefully done. I was able to return my pillow a couple of weeks after purchase and exchange it for a pillow that was more comfortable for me.
