Garage Service
Terrible experience. He did poor quality work and did not finish the project. He was paid $17,900 but did not pay his sub-contractors and continued billing us without an invoice. We paid over $20,000 for the garage. We were sued by the concrete contractor and received a judgment against us. Several inspections failed by the city. Larry Roberts failed 3 village of Evergreen Park inspections See Exhibit C (failed inspections) Larry Roberts abandoned the project and failed to remove the dirt, concrete and grading the backyard (a failed inspection for Final Occupancy). We hired another contractor to remove the dirt, concrete and grade the backyard on March 29, 2019. We paid him $1,000.
