A flat membrane roof was installed and completed in the summer of 2005. After three years the underlayment started to lift approximately 4 - 10 inches under the membrane in several different areas of the roof. Water is gathering in one particular area of the roof. After several phone calls, Kevin came out and looked at the roof. He said it would take half a day to repair it. It is a commercial building, We have called him several times since and left many messages. All of our calls have been ignored. I logged a complaint with the general contractor and showed him what had happened. Another roofer and the manufacturers rep came out and looked at the installation and stated that the roof was installed incorrectly. Not only was the roof installed improperly but Kevin did not stand behind his work.
