The thong on one of my Merrell sandals came loose, so I took to Fernando's on a Saturday. They said they could repair it and have it ready the following Saturday. They asked for a deposit and I paid two dollars. I went back the following Saturday and my shoe was like new again. The staff was polite and the shop is neat. I will definitely go back whenever I need shoes repaired.

They are very quick, very professional. They offer ideas for alterations.

It was a pleasant experience. I was told when I brought the purse into the shop exactly how much the work would cost. I was very happy with how nicely and professionally the purse looked after they had replaced the zipper.

I contacted Fernando's after reading one review here on Angie's List. I chose them because of their location and their ability to provide quick-turnaround of 2 days. My shoes were badly worn, but the man I spoke to on the telephone assured me that they could be repaired. When I arrived at the store, he looked at my shoes and made a few recommendations. I chose the more expensive options because I wanted top quality. When I picked up my shoes, they looked brand new!! I was very satisfied. The quality of work was top notch!! Overall, this was one of the best service experiences I have had. The store was clean and organized, unlike some other shoe repair shops I've been in. Everyone was working and very friendly. I will definitely have more shoes repaired here.

Excellent workmanship! For the boot, you cannot tell that the zipper was replaced. I believe that also shined the shoes. As for the purse, I had the hardware that broke off, the repairman fixed the strap and also repaired the inside of the purse. I only requested repair for the strap , however they fixed a tear on the insided as well for no additional cost. I am well pleased with the workmanship. I will become a regular customer at Fernando's. Pick-up was scheduled for the following week after 12:00 noon. The items were ready for pick-up as promised.
