The project went very well.  They performed all of the work on schedule and the quality of the work was excellent.  All of the work passed inspection on the first attempt.  I also received excellent advice on how the system should be designed to create ideal comfort on all levels of the house.  They created an innovative computerized dampering system that allowed me to use one furnace and a/c unit to create two zones (one in the basement and one for the first floor). This was a very nice design and also created some cost savings as well.  They were always available to answer my questions and I never felt like they were trying to cut corners.  They were also helpful in showing me the rebates that were available through Nicor and ComEd so I would be able to save money.  I would highly recommend this company to anyone needing a new or updated system in their home.
