The gate to our patio wouldn't close, so we hired Adam St Iron at the recommendation of our condo association.  They "fixed" the gate in fall of 2013 and offered a one year labor and material warranty.  The gate worked for a couple of months and then it didn’t.  Adam St. Iron came out again to look at in the spring of 2014 and said they would charge us $165 to fix it.  It wasn’t covered under our 1-year warranty even though we were well within the time frame because they had fixed the right side of the gate and now they needed to fix the left side of the gate.  They should fix the gate, period.
