Patrick is extraordinarily knowledgeable and his rates are reasonable.  I like that when you have him come look at something, he will give you suggestions about what would work better, he’ll tell you how to save money, and he’ll explain other options.  He is a thinker so he analyzes it then gives you options about what can be done.  I feel that he is honest with me and that he charges a fair rate.  He does all of the work in our condominium complex.  His range of skills is impressive; he can help someone fix their electric bed and he has helped rewire the entire complex so we get fewer power outages.  It is a small operation and he is in demand, so it can take some time before he can get to you.
